Emma Quinn
Emma Quinn is a passionate attorney committed to advancing fairness and equity in the workplace. She provides strategic advocacy to ensure her clients' rights are upheld, and they receive the representation they deserve.
Emma earned her Juris Doctor from LMU Loyola Law School, where she served as a Production Editor and Media and Developments staffer for the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. She was also an active member of the Public Interest Law Foundation and a recipient of the Jack Achtenberg Memorial Scholarship. During law school, Emma gained experience advocating for Californians through plaintiff-side employment law and civil rights work.
Prior to joining Shegerian & Associates, Emma completed a two-year public interest fellowship with the Tenant Defense Project at Inner City Law Center, where she developed substantial litigation experience representing tenants facing eviction throughout Los Angeles County.
Drawing on her litigation background and commitment to public interest advocacy, Emma works to hold employers accountable and protect the rights of employees facing workplace injustice.
