Associate Attorney
Brianna Ruiz

Brianna Ruiz is an Associate Attorney at Shegerian & Associates, where she represents employees in workplace disputes and employment litigation. Her practice is focused on advocating for individuals whose rights have been violated in the workplace and helping clients navigate challenging and often deeply personal employment disputes.
Prior to joining Shegerian & Associates, Ms. Ruiz practiced civil litigation, where she gained experience handling matters through all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation through trial preparation. Her experience includes drafting dispositive and evidentiary motions, preparing pleadings and discovery, taking and defending depositions, appearing at court hearings and case management conferences, and assisting with mediation and trial strategy. Her prior litigation experience provides her with a strong foundation for developing cases, evaluating legal and factual issues, and strategically advancing her clients’ interests.
Ms. Ruiz brings a client-centered approach to her practice and understands that employment disputes often affect far more than an individual’s career. She is committed to ensuring that employees feel heard, informed, and vigorously represented throughout the litigation process. She approaches each case with careful preparation, attention to detail, and a focus on holding employers accountable when employees’ rights are violated.
